In collaboration with the University of Southern Denmark (SDU) and Odense University Hospital, VitaSim has developed a VR platform for learning and practising point-of-care ultrasound.
The learning efficacy of the software has been validated in two pilot projects (see white paper for abstracts) and the platform is currently being used during the candidate degree in medicine at SDU. The platform includes customized version of VitaSim Author and Study.
A larger (n=132) follow-up study is currently ongoing.
