Access VitaSim Author directly on your headset
If you’re using the Oculus Quest or Oculus Quest 2 headset, you can now gain access to VitaSim Author directly through your headset, without using SideQuest or a connection to a computer. The process requires that you “apply” for access from us, and after we grant you access, the app will become available directly in your app library. This will ensure a smoother and simpler entryway to your VitaSim Author experience.
To gain access, follow these five steps:
Send an e-mail to signup@vitasim.dk with the following information:

a) Oculus user e-mail (the one the headset is logged in to)
b) Your full name
c) Your contact information

c) your personal or institutional contact information
Wait for us to add you to the user list (can take up to 24 hours)
Accept invitation by clicking on link in email or logging into your Oculus Account
Make sure the headset is in Developer mode
(If not, change the setting using the Oculus App connected to your headset. Then, restart the headset)
Install VitaSim Author from Home in the headset (found under All Apps)
Granting access can take up to 24 Hours
The application will not appear unless the headset has internet access
Only available for Oculus Quest and Oculus Quest 2 headsets
